1. Introduction

Welcome to Kick Vibes ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing or placing an order through our website (kickvibes.com) or via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Authenticity

All sneakers sold by Kick Vibes are 100% authentic. We source our products from authorised distributors and reputable suppliers. Product images on our website are accurate representations, though colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed by selecting a product and size on our website, then confirming via WhatsApp or our checkout process. An order is only confirmed once payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

We accept payment via PayFast (credit/debit card, EFT, and instant EFT). All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders over R800 qualify for free standard delivery. For orders under R800, a delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control. A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, contact number, and delivery address solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to complete delivery (e.g. courier services).

By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp or the details you provide, for order-related communication only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Kick Vibes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kick Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
