1. Introduction

Welcome to Kick Vibes. By browsing or placing an order through our website (kickvibes.store) or via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Kick Vibes is an online retailer offering carefully sourced footwear, sneaker styles, and lifestyle products. Product images, sizes, prices, and availability are displayed on the relevant product pages. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes where required.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.

EFT and available payment instructions are confirmed through support after an order request is received. Do not make payment unless you have received confirmation from Kick Vibes.

4. Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted supplier network. Kick Vibes remains your point of contact for order confirmation, delivery updates, support queries, and eligible returns.

5. Shipping Policy

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders over R800 qualify for free standard delivery.

A tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at kickvibesadmin@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, contact number, and delivery address solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Kick Vibes or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kick Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
